For the past 20 years, I’ve been lucky enough to help build some of the world’s most interesting and well-known brands — from Uber and Coca-Cola to Innocent and Vinted. Alongside that, I work with businesses from seed stage to scale, advising and mentoring founders on how to grow something that truly matters.

My first book, 'Built For Chaos', is on the way — a masterplan for the modern world, and a toolkit for navigating the unknown. It’s packed with stories, lessons, and the kind of insight I wish someone had handed me years ago.

And then there’s the other kind of adventure.
 

I’ve cycled 41,000km around the world, crossed 38 countries, hiked across South and Central America and Scandinavia, and completed the UK’s first full-country triathlon — cycling its length, kayaking its width, and climbing its height, all in one go. I’m a proud Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a big believer that adventure isn’t just for the elite — it’s for anyone willing to take the first step.

I’m also an ambassador for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a charity doing vital work to prevent suicide and support mental health across the UK. It’s a cause that means a lot to me, and one I speak about often.

When I’m on stage, I want every person in the room to take something away - something useful, something human, something that sticks. I share stories from business and adventure in a way that’s fun, honest, and full of takeaways people can actually use.
